Easter Headpiece
by Gayle of Instantlycheaper.com
You Will Need:
- Construction paper (white and purple)
- Scissors
- Glue
Cut a 2 inch wide strip of purple paper long enough to fit around your head. Tape the
ends together. Cut two more strips of paper, each 1 inch wide and 12 inches long.
Fold one strip in half and make a 2 inch cut in the center. Glue that strip from one side
of the headband to the other. Glue the second strip on so that the band is divided into
quarters. Tuck and glue the center of the second strip into the cut of the first. Cut out
an egg shape and glue into the center.
Decorate the crown with more eggs cut from white paper.
Easter Egg Art
Need easy Easter crafts for kids after Easter? This simple craft uses painted eggs you already did, and a piece of paper. It can be done any time after Easter and there is no rush.
First peel the shells off the eggs. Try to get big pieces if possible. Arrange pieces on a sheet of construction paper (darker colors work best, since your shell is probably white or pastel colors). Use clear packing tape to keep the egg shells on the paper. (See picture below)
